they take their opposite exits. he goes towards 7th ave to the f train to take his trip back to brooklyn while she boards the n train downtown to her new place. as he approaches the exits he turns back and looks at her while she walks out, noticing she isnt turning back, he continues out. just as he leaves, she decides to look at him one last time before finally saying goodbye to her memories.
