i thought i would like wong kar wai's stuff but i watched half of "Fallen Angels" and just got turned off. as much as i wanted to stay and watch takeshi kaneshiro's performance, the film was a bore. sure, wong kar wai still did his unique camera techniques as "Chunking Express" but sorry, I'm not pretentious enough to enjoy all of this director's work.

Always funny when you love one artist's work and think everything they make would be worth your love, but there will be disappointments.
